Cher believes (do you?) that if Judge Brett Kavanaugh were to be confirmed to sit on the Supreme Court, it would  be a “fkn train wreck for the country.  She’s said similar things during previous Republican administrations.

The Kavanaugh hearings have been indeed a train wreck – of the Democrats own doing.  What they are trying to do to Judge Kavanaugh dwarfs their previous judicial escapades, namely the “borking” of Judge Robert Bork and the attempted “high tech lynching” of Justice Clarence Thomas.

Reading over Cher’s bio, it would seem that her life is the classic definition of a train wreck, and not the brilliance and poise exhibited by Judge Kavanaugh.  I’ve never understood how in life Cher would proclaim how much of a bastard Sonny Bono was and yet was able to give a tearful eulogy at his funeral.

After Kavanaugh’s confirmation, Republican sweep in November and President Trump’s re-election in 2020, I predict that Cher and those of like mind will be wishing that they could turn back time!
